The basic purpose of this course is to develop your ability to establish a housekeeping methodology in a health-care facility, and innovate positive changes conducive to the optimum operation of the Housekeeping or Environmental Services department. This is a practical guide to implementing housekeeping methodology in a healthcare facility, fusing labour resources, financial resources, cleaning standards, work time standards, and continuing quality control into providing quality services to healthcare facilities in the most cost effective manner.
